How do I link my cabin mate’s billing account with mine in the app?
To foot the bill of another Sailor pre-voyage, you can link your billing account via the payment methods section of the app. By selecting to foot another sailors' bill, their charges will route to your wallet or onboard account.
If you are already onboard, please visit Sailor Services on Deck 5 to link other Sailors to your account.

Where is my Bar Tab balance located in the app?
You can view your Bar Tab balance in the "My Wallet" section of the app. Select the download icon in the upper right corner of the "My Wallet" screen to download the PDF of your Bar Tab.
ShipEats is not working in my app. How do I troubleshoot?
To troubleshoot ShipEats:
1. Ensure your device is connected to the Ship Wifi, as ShipEats requires a stable connection to function properly.
2. Try restarting the Sailor app by closing it completely and reopening it, as this often resolves temporary issues.
