What is the Florida Resident Rate?
This exclusive offer is for Florida residents only. It provides a discount of up to 15% off the voyage fare on select cruises, on top of any eligible running promotions. When making a booking, Sailors can use the Access Key FLRATE at checkout for the discount to be applied. Make sure to bring proof of residency (a Florida driver’s license or utility bill) to the terminal on the day of the voyage. What happens if I need to cancel a portion of the Scarlet Summer Season Pass voyage?
We understand that plans can sometimes change. However, to maintain the integrity of the exclusive Summer Season Pass offer, it's essential that you sail on each leg of the Summer Season Pass voyage as we won't be able to provide refunds if any of the voyages are missed or canceled.
Can I use my Sea-Blazer or Sea-Rover benefits with Summer Season Pass?
Yes, Sailors who have already earned their Sea-Blazer or Sea-Rover badge may use their Deep Blue Extras in combination with Summer Season Pass benefits.
Can I change my Summer Season Pass for a different ship or sail dates?
Yes, you can! Whether you want to switch to a different ship or adjust which Summer Season Pass you’re sailing on, we’ve got you covered. Just let us know, and we’ll help you make the changes to ensure your summer at sea is smooth sailing. Please note that prices for the Summer Season Pass vary by sailing, and if you switch, you will need to pay any difference in fare.
Can I bring a different 2nd Sailor on each leg of my Summer Season Pass?
