Can I do laundry onboard?
While we don't have a self-service launderette on board, we do offer full laundry service where we can handle everything for you. You'll find a laundry slip in your cabin with instructions on what to do, or feel free to reach out to us on the app with any questions.

Can I ask for the seabed to stay as a bed?
Of course. It's your cabin, do what you want with it! Just reach out to our Sailor Services Crew or your cabin host, and they'd be able to accommodate your requests.
Where can I get a beach/pool towel?
Our pool towels are located up on the open deck at the Aquatic Club - Deck 15.
For the upper beds, what are the height and weight limitations?
Our Pullman bed weight capacity is 250kg (approximately 551 pounds).
