Can I make a call back home onboard?
When available, you can purchase our Premium WiFi service to video call and VOIP home. Or you can choose to turn on cellular services and use our satellite link at sea to make a standard phone call home. Please note that the rates for calls at sea are set by your service provider, so we strongly recommend you check the rates before making a cellular call or using cellular data services on board.
Can I tip extra for Crew on board?
We've already taken care of taking care of our onboard Crew. So, don't worry, the tips are on us. However, if you insist, you're certainly able to leave additional tips with our Crew.
Do you have a lost and found on board?
Absolutely! Our Lost and Found can be accessed at the Sailor Services desk on Deck 5. If you’ve already disembarked, you can fill out this form to report your lost item.
How can I book an onboard cabana?
Sailors can book onboard cabanas once they’re on board, by chatting or visiting our Sailor Services Crew on Deck 5.
Is there Wi-Fi on board?
Yes, unlimited WiFi browsing is included for all Sailors. So there's no charge for social media, email, web browsing or messaging. An upgraded Premium entertainment package will also be available for just a bit extra to support streaming - subject to availability.

Is there a limit to the number of devices that can be connected to the Basic Wi-Fi per Sailor?
We allow up to 1 simultaneously active device per Sailor.
When and where can I purchase Premium Wi-Fi?
Sailors can purchase Premium Wi-Fi at any time while onboard the ship on the Virgin Voyages Sailor App.
Premium Wi-Fi may not be available in some areas due to geography, weather, or government restrictions.

What devices are supported on Sailor Wi-Fi?
We support mobile telephones, tablets, and laptop computers. Other connected devices such as smartwatches and e-Ink readers will also generally work. Streaming devices (such as FireTV, Roku, and Apple TV), desktop computers, and wired connections are not supported.
Does Virgin Voyages support VPN clients on Sailor Wi-Fi?
Once authenticated and a package selected, VPN services can generally be used on packages that permit them, however, we are unable to provide support for VPN connections. It is important to note that the Sailor app will most likely not function if a VPN is in use on the Sailor device.
Is there a data cap on Sailor Wi-Fi?
There is no specific limit on the amount of data that can be transferred on Sailor Wi-Fi, however, we do reserve the right to limit or block access to any device at any time in order to preserve network integrity and maintain bandwidth availability for other Sailors.
What speed is Sailor Wi-Fi?
We do not advertise any specific speeds or latency for Sailor Wi-Fi as they are subject to change based on satellite availability, weather, location, and other factors.
Can Sailors use Crew Wi-Fi?
No, Sailor devices must never be connected to Crew Wi-Fi.
