Tenders will be used when/if the ship is anchored. Tender rides add up to 30-minutes each way — please plan accordingly

Return reservations are not required — tenders are depart regularly from the pier back to the ship

The ship's meeting location to board the tender is at On The Rocks (mid-ship gangway) 15-minutes prior to your booked time

Tender departures begin 30-minutes after ships arrival — Sailors must reserve space on a tender between arrival up to 12:00 pm (ship time)

Sailors should be at the tender pick-up/drop-off site 15 minutes prior to departure time back to the ship

Sailors must pre-book for themselves (per Sailor) — not per cabin

Last tender from the port back to the ship is 30-minutes before the ship's scheduled departure time

Day 1 in Mykonos: 9:00 am - 9:00 pm — tenders available to/from ship and pier every 30-minutes

Day 1 in Mykonos Late-night/overnight: 11:00 pm - 2:00 am — reduced tenders available to/from ship/pier every 30-minutes

Day 2 in Mykonos: 2:00 am - 6:30 am — one tender (as needed) to/from ship/pier

Day 2 in Mykonos: 6:30 am - 12:30 pm — tenders available to/from ship/pier every 30 minutes (no reservations required)

Sailors on Shore Things do not need to book a tender — visit the Sailor App to review meeting time/locations

If you make a cancellation prior to the first day of your voyage and within 48 hours (unless otherwise stated in the tour details) of your Shore Thing, you will be refunded to the original form of payment after midnight Eastern Standard Time (EST) on the day of cancellation.
If you make another purchase prior to midnight EST, after canceling a booking eligible for a refund, the credit from the canceled booking will be applied to your new booking. Therefore, you’ll only be charged for the price difference between the canceled and new experience. If you have remaining temporary credit left on your account after you’ve made another experience purchase, the remaining credit will be refunded to your original form of payment after midnight EST.
If you cancel a Shore Thing during your voyage and are eligible for a refund, a credit will be applied to your folio and not to your original form of payment.
Shore Things departure times and/or meeting locations are subject to change. We will make every effort to notify Sailors in advance via the Sailor App of any tour departure and/or meeting changes.
